Beyond Billabong offers a commitment to all participants in supporting them in their future endeavours, both professionally and personally. Beyond Billabong’s Vocations team work closely with participants and Indigenous Job-Seekers to seek employment and training opportunities.
While on program our team of Vocational Officers work with participants one-on-one to identify the aspirations of each individual participant and to then develop career and training pathways that align with those aspirations.
Through working closely with participants our vocational officers are able to establish both vocational and personal goals. This close working relationship is maintained with participants post-program to ensure they fulfil their goals and are fully supported.
Beyond Billabong works in partnership with Job Service Agencies, employers, other training organisations and Educational Institutions to develop pathways and opportunities for our participants who have already made such positive steps towards improving their futures.
